With the average cost of a traditional wedding coming in around twenty grand, many brides are becoming more savvy about doing their big day - the DIY way. While it would be nice to have Kate Middleton’s never ending budget, most girls need to scrimp and save in some areas.

So, it’s becoming increasingly more popular for brides to buy second hand - whether it be a wedding dress that’s been worn before, or decorations from a charity shop. With that in mind we’ve created the Brighton Bridal Boot Fayre. It’s a chance for newlyweds to offload their mountains of wedding clobber which they’ve spent the last year making, collecting and buying - on to brides-to-be who are watching the pennies and are looking to pick up a pre-loved bargain. It can be anything wedding related: dresses, shoes, table decs, accessories, jewellery - you name it!

It’s a kind of second hand table top sale crossed with an alternative wedding fair. We will of course have a few businesses on board too - offering brides on a budget some great ideas, and great prices!
