Brighton Railway station is approximately 10 minutes walk. Come out of te station and walk along Queens road, at Church Street turn left, and walk down until you see Kipps at the end of the street.

We are approximaltey 5 mins walk from the bus station walk to the far end of the Royal Pafvilion and Kipps is opposite.
